Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical Screener to join our team at CSL Plasma. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting medical screenings of potential donors, verifying their eligibility for donation, and educating them on the donation process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct medical screenings of potential donors, including taking vital signs and collecting medical history.
  • Verify donor eligibility for plasma donation based on established criteria.
  • Educate donors on the donation process, including preparation, screening, and post-donation procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
  • Communicate effectively with donors, medical staff, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of six months experience in a medical or healthcare-related field.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and concepts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with donors and other stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits

CSL Plasma offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
