Job Title: Senior Compliance Manager

i-payout is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for leading our BSA/AML team and ensuring the organization's defense mechanisms are strengthened.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective compliance-related solutions to mitigate emerging trends in the AML/BSA space.
  • Lead and manage a team of BSA/AML specialists to identify and report suspicious activity.
  • Collaborate with employees across business units to foster a team approach to managing compliance risk.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate SAR investigation, review, and reporting processes.
  • Act as a liaison/contact for examinations, internal audits, and external audits of the BSA/AML compliance programs.
  • Work closely with BSA/AML Managers and the Director of Operations to develop and implement policies and controls commensurate with new and evolving threats.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of BSA/AML/OFAC-related activities experience in the financial services industry.
  • Experience conducting financial crime investigations, money laundering monitoring, and/or investigations or other relevant BSA/AML experience.
  • Previous experience supervising or leading BSA/AML operations is required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Creative thinker with experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Regulatory experience is a plus.
  • SQL experience is a significant plus.
  • CAMs certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in all areas – in person, in writing, and on the telephone.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn and work with various computer programs.
  • Familiarity with creating management reports and presentations.
  • Must be organized, efficient, and professional.
  • Extremely detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work comfortably and effectively with a diverse group of staff members, regulatory officials, and law enforcement.
