Position Summary: The Sales Representatives are tasked with developing, managing, and nurturing a client base within the commercial reroof division. Your next career opportunity is with Baker Roofing Company.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill essential duties effectively. The following qualifications are necessary:

  • Education: Minimum High School Graduate; College Preferred
  • Experience: At least one year of relevant sales experience
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English
  • Driver License: Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Salesforce, and estimating software is advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing and energetic personality with a high degree of self-confidence
  • Motivated and professional demeanor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage new and existing accounts
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain constant communication and promote company services
  • Consult and specify roofing systems that align with customer needs and industry standards
  • Participate in trade shows, expos, and marketing events to enhance market presence
  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM for account management, scheduling, and proposal development
  • Document roof conditions using BOX for proposal development
  • Engage in sales meetings and training sessions for continuous education
  • Estimate and assess existing roof conditions
  • Provide necessary information and support to the operations team for project success
  • Assist with receivable duties as directed by management

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to safely access roofs using ladders
  • Physical capability to climb, lift, balance, and handle materials
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Requires strength to support body weight repeatedly
  • Close-range vision for detail-oriented tasks
  • Repetitive movements including bending, twisting, and kneeling
  • Regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds

Work Environment: Work may be conducted at construction sites, exposing employees to varying temperatures and weather conditions.
