Job Summary:

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager in managing front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out, room assignments, and resolving guest complaints.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and maintain front desk operations, including cash handling, credit card processing, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a front desk or hospitality operations role.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
