Flight Support Team Member

Pacific Aviation is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Flight Support Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our airline clients and their passengers at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with passenger services, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on flights, baggage claims, and other related services. You will also be responsible for working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless airport operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and the ability to work well under pressure. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is looking for a rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year (based on part-time schedule)

Requirements:
  • Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Available to attend 5 days of computer training
  • Fluent in English and preferred language (English/French or English/Japanese)
  • Computer literate
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States of America
