Position Overview:

  • Engage in and support product samplings and promotional activities.
  • Facilitate consumer trials of Monster Energy Drink products.
  • Effectively convey the Monster brand narrative to consumers.
  • Assist in generating leads for the Sales Division.
  • Foster and enhance relationships with key accounts.
  • Build a network of influential contacts.
  • Support sales initiatives through event sampling and merchandising as required.
  • Assist the National Events Team with the setup and dismantling of event structures, including but not limited to trade shows and festivals.
Key Responsibilities:

The Lead Consumer Engagement Specialist will undertake various roles and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Consumer Engagement
  • Oversee and support sub-brand teams and promotional activations (e.g., Hydro, NOS, and Reign).
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Monster Energy brand portfolio.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and training.
  • Plan and manage all facets of event and sampling logistics: pre-event, during, and post-event duties, including personnel management and product distribution.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing events and programs by researching and managing local partnerships.
  • Safeguard program materials and assets of Monster Energy Company (including storage facilities and inventory).
  • Actively promote trials of Monster Energy brands through innovative sampling strategies.
  • Distribute promotional materials to reinforce brand loyalty among consumers.
  • Adhere to shift schedules and arrive punctually.
  • Utilize and manage equipment such as staging platforms and tents.
  • Uphold brand standards and wear the appropriate uniform.
  • Exhibit professionalism and proactive communication with consumers, team members, and event organizers.
  • Respond promptly to requests from the Consumer Engagement Marketing Team Lead and Regional Field Manager.
  • Possess basic knowledge of hand tools necessary for the role.
  • Adapt to various work environments and weather conditions.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Merchandising
  • Merchandise Monster Energy products in designated areas.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability according to schematics.
  • Verify that all promotional materials are displayed accurately at retail locations.
  • Utilize app-based tools to transmit daily account data.
  • Restock Monster Energy products in assigned stores on a daily basis.
  • Report on product availability and daily activities using an app-based reporting platform.
  • Manage program materials and assets responsibly.
  • Communicate any store personnel issues to the Consumer Engagement Team Lead.
Position Requirements:
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Outgoing personality with comfort in engaging consumers at events.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel, along with internet navigation skills.
  • Willingness to travel overnight as needed.
  • Capability to lift up to 75 lbs. and occasionally 100 lbs.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate a box truck (up to 24”).
  • Current vehicle insurance.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical capability to push, pull, and lift equipment during shifts.
  • Willingness to bend and climb as necessary.
  • This is a Full-Time position (up to 40 hours per week) with a 12-week assignment that may lead to permanent employment.
Compensation:

The salary for this position is USD 22.00 per hour.
