Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Maintenance Equipment Specialist to join our team at Watchfire Signs LLC. As a key member of our production support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance tasks with production supervisors to minimize downtime.
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment, returning it to functional condition.
  • Program SMT, Radial, WaveSolder/Selective Solder & Encapsulation/ coating equipment to produce high-quality products.
  • Communicate effectively with manufacturing engineers on performance and functionality issues of existing equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong experience with computers, internet, and Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of similar work experience, preferably in a technology-related field.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $72,500 per year, based on industry standards and location considerations.
