Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive who is a proactive 'Hunter' with a proven history of selling complex enterprise software systems, ideally within Sell-Side and Buy-Side financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Organize Discovery Calls, Preparation Calls, Dry Runs, and Presentations.
- Deliver business solutions presentations at the executive level.
- Develop pricing proposals and lead negotiations to overcome objections and finalize deals.
- Manage multiple intricate sales cycles concurrently.
- Prepare precise sales forecasts and reports utilizing Microsoft Dynamics.
- Cultivate relationships with senior management across the assigned territory.
- Engage in regional travel as necessary.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in selling Trading Compliance & Data Software or complex enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and prospects.
- Self-motivated team player.
- Documented success in consistently surpassing corporate goals and quotas.
- Familiarity with trading and compliance workflows.
- Direct experience in the industry is highly advantageous.
- Experience selling to financial institutions.
- Established Compliance Relationships.
- Understanding of buy-side and sell-side financial institutions.
- Knowledge of trading and compliance solutions utilized by these firms.

The pay range for this full-time position is $120,000 to $199,270.00, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries based on the role, level, and location. Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
