Job Summary

Leo's Vacation Center, Inc. is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join their team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our customers' travel trailers and motorhomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, front end alignments, inspections, battery installations, and headlight/taillight installations.
  • Diagnostics and Repairs: Conduct thorough diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve customer issues, providing accurate repair recommendations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and legible paperwork for both customers and our records.
Requirements
  • No Experience Necessary: We will provide training for the right candidate.
  • Diagnostic Tools and Equipment: Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment is essential.
  • Training and Development: Willingness to participate in in-house training and professional development opportunities.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to operate all necessary auto repair tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills are required.
