Candidate Profile

The Courtesy Technician role is an entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal and communication abilities, coupled with a commitment to exceptional customer service. While prior automotive experience is advantageous, we are open to candidates with backgrounds in retail, sales, or customer service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Courtesy Technician, you will thrive in a dynamic and specialized service environment, where your primary duties will include:

  • Welcoming guests upon arrival and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Assisting the J-Team with vehicle service tasks.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety within the service area.
  • Completing all required training and safety courses through Jiffy Lube University.

Physical Requirements

Technicians should be prepared to stand for extended periods on hard surfaces and work in varying temperature conditions, including exposure to loud noises and exhaust fumes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to use basic hand tools and quickly learn quick lube services.
  • Possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Capability to lift and transport work-related items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Duties Include:

Your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting customers and providing exceptional service.
  • Cleaning exterior windows, vacuuming interiors, and ensuring proper tire inflation.
  • Upholding a clean and organized work environment.
