Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of our community grounds. This role involves regular maintenance of common areas, focusing on landscaping and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of the property to remove trash and debris.
- Perform landscaping duties such as mowing, weed-eating, and managing green waste.
- Maintain cleanliness through dusting and general cleaning tasks.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in light maintenance, including carpentry and electrical tasks.
- Familiarity with janitorial and landscaping tools, both manual and powered.
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with residents and team members.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
