Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at J&P Hospitality Management, LLC. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs
  • Inspect and maintain hotel equipment, including HVAC systems, appliances, and plumbing fixtures
  • Assist with cleaning duties and prepare rooms for occupancy
  • Perform general carpentry tasks, including painting, repairing damaged walls, and installing new fixtures
  • Assist with landscaping and parking lot repairs
  • Complete minor repair work orders, including replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, and fixtures
  • Inspect and maintain electrical systems, including PTACs, light switches, and electrical panels
  • Assist with checking and making minor repairs on general plumbing systems and fixtures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
