Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Porter/Maintenance Technician to join our team at Residential One LLC. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming common areas.
  • Assist with maintenance tasks, such as replacing broken fixtures and appliances.
  • Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed.
  • Perform grounds work, including snow removal and landscaping.
  • Inspect units and buildings to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Assist with apartment make readies, including cleaning and light maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Two years of prior porter experience.
  • Current driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with work-safety programs.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to continuously stand or walk.
  • Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift frequently.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
