Vets Hired is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Legal Administrator to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 5+ years of experience in legal administration to take their career to the next level.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role:

The Senior Legal Administrator will work closely with our Legal team to prepare legal documentation, process transactions, and maintain confidentiality. Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and Organization: Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and conference schedules for the Legal team.
  • Document Management: Prepare, review, and maintain accurate records of contracts, proposals, and other legal documents.
  • Communication: Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with expense reimbursement, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or corporate setting.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Knowledge of Bluebeam software and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
