Job Description

This role involves providing administrative support to the Managing Partner in all aspects of their professional and personal life. Duties may include drafting documents, project management, booking meetings, travel, and accommodation.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly supporting Partners, General Counsel, and other senior legal professionals.
  • Extensive calendar and diary management.
  • Booking travel, meetings, and accommodation.
  • Organizing events, appearances, and engagements.
  • Monitoring and responding to email and telephone enquiries.
  • Establishing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Drafting correspondence, legal documentation, forms, and contracts.
  • General secretarial and administrative tasks.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a personal assistant. Previous experience working in a law firm is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • High levels of organization and flexibility.
  • The ability to multitask and deal with competing demands.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrable legal knowledge.
  • Strong writing and drafting skills.
  • Technology and IT skills, including experience using the Microsoft Office package.
  • General administrative skills such as filing.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
