Program Coordinator for Language Equity and Clinical Trials

">Salary: $62,000 - $72,000 per annum
">Job Description: The Administrative Associate will be responsible for scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining personal calendars, and preparing meeting materials. They will also provide administrative support for Dr. Khan's clinical trials and program for language equity, including organizing meetings and assisting with trial logistics.

">Key Responsibilities:
">- Schedule appointments and meetings, maintain personal calendars, and prepare meeting materials.
- Provide administrative support for Dr. Khan's clinical trials and program for language equity, including organizing meetings and assisting with trial logistics.
- Process and submit reimbursements, add new vendors to the system, and ensure compliance with lab policies.
- Assist supervisor with special projects, prepare complex reports and documents, and communicate with other hospital departments.
- Transcribe and type correspondence, forms, reports, and manuscripts from recorded dictation or rough draft.
- Maintain departmental files, records, and databases, and perform data entry and reporting tasks.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and supply inventory, and communicate with hospital support service departments.
- Serve as a resource on departmental policies and procedures, provide assistance in resolving administrative problems, and coordinate community outreach events when needed.
About You: To qualify, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree strongly preferred. 1 year of relevant experience is required, along with an in-depth knowledge of departmental policies and procedures and initiative in improving operations within the area/department.
