Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Diversity and Inclusion to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our company and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to promote a culture of inclusion and respect
• Collaborate with leadership to create and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
• Foster relationships with local associations, diversity-based real estate associations, and other partner organizations to promote diversity and inclusion
• Work with Human Resources to align people, practices, and policies with diversity, equity, and inclusion goals
• Develop and implement training programs to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years of leading and implementing diversity and inclusion programs
• Proven track record of partnering with and influencing key stakeholders
• Change management capabilities with effective relationship building skills
• Disciplined, data-oriented, analytical leader with strong business intelligence and emotional intelligence
• Excellent communicator and writer with ability to build strong and lasting relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the real estate industry
