SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION

The Client Service Coordinator ("CSC") is essential in managing the flow of clients and their pets within the veterinary facility. This role is pivotal in enhancing the productivity of the veterinary medical team by ensuring effective communication with both clients and associates, while coordinating the care of clients and pets in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner. The CSC plays a significant role in encouraging clients to return and recommend our services to their friends and family.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Embrace and exemplify the core values of Mars, Inc. within the team.

• Proactively attract new clients by promoting the hospital's services and managing the flow of clients and pets to guarantee exceptional client care and optimal productivity of the veterinary team.

• Enhance the number of pets attended by the hospital team through a well-organized and efficiently operated facility, catering to the needs of our wellness plan clients.

• Deliver professional, efficient, and outstanding service consistently. This includes encouraging visits to the hospital, warmly welcoming clients and their pets, ensuring their comfort, and educating them about their pets' health.

• Inform clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, pet health requirements, and available hospital services.

• Assist incoming clients by completing necessary documentation, entering all pet information and history into the system, utilizing appropriate identification collars and tags, and ensuring prompt service.

• Support outgoing clients by providing essential instructions, information, and invoices, dispensing prescription items as per the veterinarian's directives, selling retail products, and scheduling future appointments.

• Oversee financial transactions by maintaining accurate records and following proper opening and closing procedures.

• Perform administrative tasks as required.

• Undertake additional job responsibilities as assigned.
