Mission
To deliver a high-quality and efficient service to clients, addressing all inquiries promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily customer inquiries effectively.
- Respond to incoming communications, including calls and emails, in a timely manner.
- Handle secure messaging with professionalism and promptness.
- Provide courteous and efficient responses to all customer questions.
- Adhere to established performance targets.
- Accurately document and input data into company systems.
- Encourage cross-selling of company offerings primarily via telephone, ensuring up-to-date product knowledge.
- Understand and communicate the company's terms of business.
- Assist customers in comprehending terms, conditions, and processes.
- Meet all defined objectives.
- Perform additional duties related to customer requests as needed.
- Document and resolve customer issues, concerns, or complaints, escalating to management when necessary.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings as required.
- Complete any other reasonable tasks assigned by your Team Manager.
Skills & Abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to foster and maintain relationships with both potential and existing clients.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

- Numeracy and literacy proficiency.
Previous Experience
Experience in a customer service or financial services setting is preferred.
