Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily customer inquiries effectively.
  • Respond to incoming communications, including calls and emails, in a timely manner.
  • Handle secure messaging with professionalism and promptness.
  • Provide courteous and efficient responses to all customer questions.
  • Adhere to established performance targets.
  • Accurately document and input data into company systems.
  • Encourage cross-selling of company offerings primarily via telephone, ensuring up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Understand and communicate the company's terms of business.
  • Assist customers in comprehending terms, conditions, and processes.
  • Meet all defined objectives.
  • Perform additional duties related to customer requests as needed.
  • Document and resolve customer issues, concerns, or complaints, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings as required.
  • Complete any other reasonable tasks assigned by your Team Manager.

  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to foster and maintain relationships with both potential and existing clients.

Previous Experience

Experience in a customer service or financial services setting is preferred.
