Senior Physical Rehabilitation Specialist

This role is a Senior Physical Rehabilitation Specialist working in an acute care setting, covering weekend positions. The ideal candidate will be a licensed physical therapist with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret physician referrals to provide musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and functional goals.
- Monitor patient outcomes, adjust the treatment plan as needed, and communicate with healthcare professionals.
- Clean equipment, maintain a safe environment, and adhere to infection control measures.
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care quality.
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Physical Therapy License in Illinois or Wisconsin.
- BLS certification within 90 days.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
