Job Title: Caregiver Specialist

Location: Westmont

Salary: $42,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living in Westmont. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and services to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide individualized care and support to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with residents and their families
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates
  • Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote Risk Management programs and policies
  • Respond to dining needs of residents and guests while maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
  • High School diploma/GED accepted; may be required per state regulations
  • In states where applicable, must maintain certifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred
