Caregiving Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiving Specialist to join our team at BRIA, a community-driven rehabilitation center focused on providing exceptional care and promoting work-life balance.
About the Role:
- As a Caregiving Specialist, you will provide direct care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- You will supervise activities performed by nursing assistants, maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
- You will chart and maintain accurate documentation for residents, adhering to industry standards.
- You will prepare and administer medications as prescribed, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
- You will develop and maintain positive working relationships with all team members, fostering a collaborative and respectful team culture.
Requirements:
- A valid, current nursing license in Illinois is required.
- You must have a minimum of one year's experience in long-term care.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
- Current CPR certification is essential.

Compensation Details:
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $63,300 and $69,700, based on a 38-43 hour workweek. This compensation package includes a competitive hourly wage, benefits, and bonuses.
