Job Summary

This US Sales Leadership Role involves overseeing direct and indirect account management for the West Coast region. The ideal candidate will have strong value-based technical selling skills and previous experience in the construction, engineering, and/or concrete markets.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry
  • Grow developing markets and seize new opportunities through strategic planning
  • Manage existing value chain and develop new engineers, owners, general contractors, and suppliers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of outside sales and/or engineering experience
  • Strong negotiation skills in high-pressure environments
Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 per year
