Failure Analysis Technician

Greene Resources is seeking a skilled Failure Analysis Technician to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and debug complex electronic systems to identify root causes of failures
  • Analyze circuit topologies and develop solutions to prevent future failures
  • Lead recovery actions and repairs for failing devices, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to assess and improve processes and products
  • Develop and maintain troubleshooting solutions, enhancing the overall efficiency of our operations

Requirements:

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting assembly drawings, schematics, and board layouts
  • Experience with various testing and measuring devices, including DMMs, oscilloscopes, and benchtop power supplies
  • Familiarity with data collection and analysis methods, as well as device and test station maintenance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Well-organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of personal responsibility
