The successful candidate will be a collaborative individual with a strong enthusiasm for cannabis and expertise in post-harvest techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and oversee a systematic drying and curing protocol for harvested cannabis.
  • Monitor and record the moisture levels, aroma, and overall quality of drying cannabis and flower stock on a daily basis.
  • Control and document the environmental conditions in drying, trimming, and storage areas.
  • Adjust environmental settings based on the moisture readings of the cannabis products.
  • Facilitate moisture release through appropriate methods for larger inventories.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Support post-harvest operations, including weighing and packaging of bulk cannabis flower.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management.
  • Revise standard operating procedures to improve flower quality.
  • Ensure a tidy and organized workspace.
Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of experience in post-harvest processing.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with effective presentation skills.
  • Able to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Proficient in common software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
