Cannabis Sales Professional

Cannabis Couture is seeking a highly motivated Cannabis Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and activating new accounts with our premium cannabis products.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in cannabis sales, with a strong understanding of the industry and its products. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly revenue goals and KPIs set by management.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
- Update and maintain all company product menus with accuracy and efficiency.
- Schedule sales meetings with major manufacturers, distributors, and brands for the sale of our products.
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Prior retail cannabis sales experience in the cannabis industry is required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in cannabis sales is required.
- In-depth understanding of cannabis, including strains/grades, quality control, harvest methods, concentrates, and retail products is required.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs) and ability to learn other programs (CRM Software, METRC, etc.) is required.
- Experience with cold-call prospecting and exceptional follow-up and account management skills is required.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record is required.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday.
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay.

- Driver's License (Required).
