Job Summary
A dynamic Sales Representative is sought to join the Mondelez International team in Wichita, KS. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and maximize visibility for our iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an ambassador of our world-famous brands by effectively communicating and collaborating with customers.
  • Capture high-quality photos of displays at assigned stores to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Ensure optimal product placement and promotional displays are constructed in-store.
  • Optimize visibility of Mondelz products on shelves through close collaboration with sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer interactions.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required.
  • Prior retail or grocery experience a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 pounds.
