Facilities and Equipment Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a Facilities and Equipment Operations Supervisor to oversee all repairs and upkeep of our company's facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, and be well-versed in all maintenance processes and health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prioritizing maintenance and repairs of company equipment
  • Carrying out inspections and resolving issues with equipment
  • Planning and overseeing all repairs in the plant
  • Managing work performed by outside vendors and contractors
  • Keeping maintenance logs and reporting daily activities

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to work in various environments, including hot and cold conditions
  • Must be able to lift and move heavy objects
  • Work may involve stooping, bending, and crouching at times
