Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and supervise the nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care to our residents.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by the nursing staff and make recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in budget planning and management to ensure the efficient use of resources.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
- Gerontology Certification a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a skilled nursing facility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
