We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ER Director to join our dynamic team at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.

The ER Director will be responsible for evaluating assigned patients and planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care. You will also assist physicians during examinations and procedures, perform various patient tests, and administer medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse. Additionally, you will promote patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.

• NM RN license
• Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelors Degree in Nursing or higher preferred
• BLS required
• ACLS required
• PALS required
• TNCC required
• SAMA required
