Job Summary

WGNSTAR is a dynamic and growing company with a global presence in the semiconductor industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Equipment Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing issues on LAM systems, working collaboratively with other team members, production, and process engineering to improve and stabilize new and existing platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services for semiconductor equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and repair complex electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues on LAM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality, yield, tool reliability, productivity, cycle time, and cost reduction.
  • Mentor new technicians and learn from experienced colleagues to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with management, operations, engineering, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in semiconductor-related maintenance and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and related principles and tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Physical ability to walk up to 5 miles per day, work at heights, and lift up to 50 pounds.
