Job Summary:

BRIA is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications and developing individualized care plans.
  • Supervise and guide nursing assistants to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Promptly and accurately chart and maintain documentation for residents.
  • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • A valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least one year of experience in long-term care.
