Job Description

Bridge Investment Group Holdings LLC is a vertically integrated real estate investment and property management firm. The Property and Asset Management team is responsible for executing each multifamily asset's business plan. We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of HUD and low income compliance is a must.
  • Prepare HUD Properties for HUD: REACS AND MOR Audits
  • Field all resident maintenance requests and service calls, ensuring timely completion and follow-up with tenants.
  • Address resident concerns in a professional manner, coordinate with residents on inspection dates, notices, and upcoming certifications.
  • Ensure residents adhere to the lease and company policies and procedures.
  • Follow-up with delinquent accounts, pursue collections, and process evictions as necessary.
  • Coordinate all Move-in and Move-outs for HUD units.
  • Conduct property inspections related to HUD compliance.
  • Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual HUD reporting, maintaining and updating all relevant HUD documentation as necessary.
  • Regular, on-time attendance and special projects as assigned.
  • Yardi expertise and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) Designation are required.
  • Knowledge of Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) rules and regulations, Fair Housing Laws, Landlord-Tenant Law, OSHA Standards, local and state building codes, and basic building maintenance, fire prevention, and liability reduction principles.
  • Ability to work independently, organize tasks, manage time, and prioritize projects.
  • High school graduate or equivalent and minimum two years combined leasing, marketing, or operations experience.
  • Regular office work, with occasional outside duties in all weather conditions.

  • You will be responsible for preparing HUD Properties for audits, ensuring timely completion of work orders, and maintaining accurate records.
