Business Development Center Associate

Chevrolet of Smithtown is seeking a Business Development Center Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Center Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customer leads, determining customer vehicle needs through active listening, and learning call and email scripts.
You will also be responsible for setting, confirming, and following up on appointments for sales and service, performing surveys with customers, and other duties as required.
This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off.
