Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Craftsmen Industries. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for strategically planning and executing account growth for multiple accounts in different sales verticals with medium and large organizations within business sectors.
Your primary responsibilities will include creating a six to twelve-month sales plan, executing on it, and adjusting when needed to ensure key performance indicators are met on a quarterly and annual basis. You will also manage and build upon relationships with existing accounts to create continual growth, identify new business opportunities, and optimize on qualifying business opportunities.
Additionally, you will excel at qualifying opportunities and closing new business, have excellent listening and questioning skills, be highly motivated to achieve sales success, and reach agreed-upon goals. You will follow the sales process while being able to identify qualifying opportunities as well as adapt/pivot as necessary as project changes.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales, a college degree or equivalent work experience/education, and experience with blueprints and technical details. They will also have solid sales experience working with key decision-makers in medium and large corporations and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
