Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating customer interactions, managing leads, and collaborating with our sales team to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate customer interactions through phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Manage lead follow-up and conversion processes
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Utilize call and email scripts to efficiently manage customer interactions
  • Set, confirm, and follow up on appointments for sales and service
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Proven track record in a BDC center or call center environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
