Job Description: As a NOC Lead, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing all facets of cloud platform operations. This role requires adept team management, effective communication with clients, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of Linux system engineers and cloud operations technicians.
  • Develop expertise in the iboss cloud platform, making vital technical decisions during incident management.
  • Lead and document escalations related to incidents.
  • Engage with internal teams and clients, offering technical insights and updates.
  • Direct the Incident Management team and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with network security and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain services and support tools on cloud platforms, particularly Linux.
  • Collaborate on monitoring solutions and refine processes to achieve superior service levels.

Qualifications:

  • Exhibit extensive knowledge of cloud platforms and high availability infrastructure.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Internet technologies and Linux systems.
  • Bring over 3 years of leadership experience in IT.
  • Effectively manage scalable infrastructure and technical projects.
  • Emphasize teamwork and problem-solving in a 24/7 support environment.
  • Demonstrate analytical skills in troubleshooting complex technical scenarios.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
