Job Title: Retail Key Carrier Coordinator

Join the dynamic team at Marshalls, where every day is an opportunity to discover something new and exciting. As a Retail Key Carrier Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles to meet store needs
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service and promoting a positive store environment
  • Ensure accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a seamless customer experience
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates to prioritize tasks and address customer service issues
  • Provide feedback, recognition, and coaching to Associates to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements:
  • 1 year retail experience, with 6 months leadership experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly under challenging circumstances

This position has a starting pay range of $19.50 to $20.00 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
