Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with technology executives and delivery leaders to create a strategic vision and advance our culture of successful delivery
  • Identify and facilitate trade-off discussions amid conflicting priorities
  • Support issue resolution, risk mitigation, and escalation to leadership groups
  • Deploy governance that empowers team-level decision-making
  • Apply advanced facilitation and dependency management techniques to drive cross-program and departmental planning, collaboration, and coordination
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of delivery
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and influence adoption of Agile delivery practices and norms
  • Improve our ability to deliver key outcomes and continuously improve our performance on key delivery metrics
  • Lead others through Inclusive, Empowering & Inspiring People leadership
  • Celebrate individual and team successes with appropriate recognition and rewards
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience leading technology delivery programs
  • At least 5 years of experience building and managing teams in an Agile environment
  • At least 2 years of people leadership experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of Agile delivery experience utilizing Scrum, Kanban or SAFe frameworks
  • 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or an Agile project manager for a software development team
  • 6+ years of strategy development experience in an Agile environment
  • Extensive experience with G Suite tooling (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
Agile Certifications
  • CSM, CSP, PMI's ACP, SAFe, PMP or Lean Six Sigma
