Position Overview

We are a dedicated, privately-owned outpatient clinic focused on the innovative Biomechanical Correction Technique (BCT), a unique method developed by Shirley A. Kleiman in 1990. This specialized approach is exclusive to our clinic and is not available elsewhere.

BCT integrates the principles of joint biomechanics with passive manual therapy and active therapeutic exercises, aiming to enhance joint mobility and physical performance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Full-time role with scheduled hours on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Wednesday and Friday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with no weekend shifts.
  • Manage a caseload of 10 to 15 patients daily, focusing on individualized manual therapy and personalized patient interactions.
  • Ensure clear and accurate communication among patients, therapists, and physicians.
  • Carry out patient care tasks as directed by the Physical Therapist, promptly reporting any significant changes in patient conditions.
  • Demonstrate responsibility for all patient care assignments, including documentation and billing for services rendered.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment for both patients and staff.
  • Commit to professional development through ongoing education and training.
  • Exhibit flexibility to meet patient care demands and clinic requirements.
  • Support fellow team members when patient volumes permit.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
