Job Summary:

Arvest Bank Operations, Inc. is seeking a skilled Teller and Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our banking operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of your work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience in our bank branches.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cashing checks, handling deposits, and providing change.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about bank products and services, and refer customers to the appropriate specialists as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Adhere to bank policies and procedures, including customer identification and anti-money laundering regulations.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous sales experience, cash handling, and customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional overtime.
