Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Aditi Consulting, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from various sources to provide actionable insights to our clients. This includes building interactive visualizations in Tableau, monitoring and analyzing business metrics, and taking ownership of scoping data needs and finding insights in the data.
Some of the key tasks you will perform include building and reporting inventory and GMV trends and insights for executive reporting, providing commentary on changes and drivers, and building and maintaining market growth and share models and charts on an ongoing basis for each focus category. You will also collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal company teams to enable accurate and timely data-feeds to drive strategic business decisions through accurate monthly/quarterly reporting, supporting strategy decks formation, etc.
Additionally, you will dig into company data to create comparable metrics for competitive analysis, work cross-functionally with Analytics and category teams to provide side-by-side comparison with competitors, and provide expertise in tools such as Tableau, SQL, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc. to conduct analysis, deliver accurate findings, and create dashboards and insightful PowerPoint decks. Python is a plus.
You will also support overall team goals and step into projects as directed for ad hoc day-to-day requests, work closely with Senior Manager/Manager on vertical projects data gathering and research, provide technical advice to the team on data availability, gathering methods, and timeline for different projects, and take ownership of process improvement for the team to level up efficiency, automation, and accuracy in data gathering and visualization.
Finally, you will regularly communicate progress, escalate risks, and completion of projects with Sr manager/manager, take pride in close attention to detail and flawless execution, and engage in frequent communication and guidance from project stakeholders (e.g., Manager or Senior Manager) to ensure deliverables are aligned with project goals.
Compensation and Benefits:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location, and end client requirements).
