indiGO Auto Group, a globally recognized and award-winning company, is seeking a highly skilled Warranty Administrator to join our team. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless warranty claims processing for our luxury vehicle brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and verify warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer and supplier criteria
- Authorize and complete necessary documents for warranty claims
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of warranty claims
- Identify and resolve exceptional cases requiring special agreements with manufacturers and suppliers
- Analyze and review denied claims, re-submitting them as necessary
- Invoice clients for uncovered and unauthorized claims
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Warranty Administrator
- Luxury brand experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and attention to detail
