Warranty Administrator Opportunity at indiGO Auto Group

indiGO Auto Group, a globally recognized and award-winning company, is seeking a highly skilled Warranty Administrator to join our team. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless warranty claims processing for our luxury vehicle brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer and supplier criteria
  • Authorize and complete necessary documents for warranty claims
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of warranty claims
  • Identify and resolve exceptional cases requiring special agreements with manufacturers and suppliers
  • Analyze and review denied claims, re-submitting them as necessary
  • Invoice clients for uncovered and unauthorized claims
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Warranty Administrator
  • Luxury brand experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and attention to detail
