**Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Development Manager to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of AutoCAD drawings, defining project scopes, performing engineering calculations, and providing technical assistance throughout the construction phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scopes, perform engineering calculations, and provide technical assistance throughout the construction phase
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure complete scope of work is defined
  • Develop and maintain effective Quality Control systems
  • Manage monthly productivity analysis and initiate correspondence between the office and job site regarding shop deliveries
  • Assist in data population of forms, assist in technical analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving of HVAC air equipment, HVAC & Process Piping, Equipment Systems, and HVAC & Plumbing equipment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering, or a minimum of 2-3 years of work-related experience in the Mechanical Industry
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and contract documentation
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and city regulations and guidelines
  • Experience performing construction and engineering calculations
  • Knowledge of estimating, construction costs, scheduling, purchasing, and engineering principals and techniques

Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
