Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple federal and commercial projects, overseeing engineering design, maintaining project schedules and budgets, mentoring junior staff, collaborating with designers, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing business strategies to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple federal and commercial projects from conception to completion.
  • Oversee engineering design and ensure that projects meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project schedules and budgets, and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS by communicating effectively, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that client needs are met.
  • Develop business strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field, including 5 years of project management experience.
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Experience working on transportation and infrastructure projects, as well as municipalities projects.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and varying workloads, while maintaining high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCAD.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is commensurate with experience, but we estimate it to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and performance.
