This role involves overseeing the execution of product development processes for assigned projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product launches on-time and on-budget.

Compensation Package

  • Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities

  1. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful product launches
  2. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Analysis & Testing, Marketing, Design, and Quality teams to develop and implement project plans
  3. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams and external suppliers
  4. Design and develop product components using CAD/CAE software
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to improve product development processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science discipline; 2+ years' experience in the Sporting Goods industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Pro-E/Creo design software
  • Familiarity with PING product lines
