**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute purchasing strategies for high-tech electronics components, ensuring security of supply at best cost.

  • Collaborate with Product Development to source semiconductors meeting technical and quality requirements, driving innovation and delivery excellence.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive-level suppliers, driving business growth and improving delivery performance.

  • Manage supplier emerging significant issues and drive internal risk mitigation, championing continuous improvement activities within the Semiconductor Purchasing team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Supply Chain or Electrical Engineering, or similar field.

  • 4+ years of experience in automotive semiconductors, with a proven track record of success in purchasing, engineering, or sales.

  • 5+ years of overall experience in related fields, with a strong understanding of industry trends and technological advancements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business/Supply Chain or Electrical Engineering, or similar field.

  • Prior experience in process planning, implementation, and launch in electronics manufacturing systems, with a focus on in-vehicle networks, Bluetooth, and RF technology.

  • Advanced knowledge of direct semiconductor experience, with excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
