Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the timely commercialization of projects, focusing on the overall fit, quality, and integrity of the products.
2. Ensure that all necessary product testing is conducted at the appropriate stages of commercialization, adhering to company standards.
3. Monitor seasonal commercialization timelines to guarantee on-time project completion, allowing adequate production time for factories.
4. Communicate any delays in commercialization to production management, keeping all relevant teams and customers informed.
5. Liaise with factories to ensure that corrective actions are implemented as intended, meeting established benchmarks and deadlines.
6. Coordinate wear testing as necessary and collaborate with factories and product development teams to enhance products based on feedback.

Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the product development team to ensure that the design vision and collection goals are maintained while achieving performance and cost targets throughout the commercialization process.
Ensure that all pertinent information is transferred from product development at the commencement of commercialization.
Manage the product transfer process between manufacturing facilities in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal partners (such as Product Development and Merchandising) and external resources (including agents, suppliers, mills, and factories) to optimize the commercialization cycle.

Team Leadership:
Supervise the commercialization assistant position, providing educational opportunities to enhance their understanding of fit, technical shoemaking aspects, and identifying process errors that could impact product quality.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Footwear or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in the footwear industry, particularly in technical development and commercialization.
- Familiarity with both men's and women's footwear.
- Willingness to travel to factories as required.
- Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural environments and with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices related to fit, quality, product integrity, and testing.
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently with self-motivation and focus.
- Maintain positive workplace relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and customer base is advantageous.
- Proficient in evaluating CADs, specifications, and tech packs for factories.
- Technical knowledge of constructions, fabrications, and production capabilities.
- Ability to foster effective design and manufacturing partnerships globally.
