Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of animal care and customer service are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to motivate and train the team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, going the extra mile when required
  • Process cash and card transactions, manage cash handling and banking duties
  • Check deliveries and notify discrepancies when applicable
  • Recommend and promote products and services to customers
  • Maintain high standards, ensuring products are fully stocked, well presented, and clean
  • Keep up to date with promotions and ensure shelf labels are accurate
