About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Legendary Home Services LLC. As an HVAC Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems in residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork in residential properties.
  • Conduct site inspections and measurements to determine appropriate HVAC system placement.
  • Install and connect refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and ventilation systems.
  • Perform load calculations to determine the appropriate size and capacity of HVAC units.
  • Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
  • Comply with all safety protocols and HVAC codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of installations and projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician in a residential setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
  • Proficient in interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • EPA certification is preferred.
